Apple cooler Juice with cauliflower fritters

Ingredients:

For the Juice:

  • 3-4 sticks of celery
  • 4 kale leaves
  • ½ inch ginger root
  • handful of mint
  • 2 tsp of Ausha Moringa powder
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ apple

For cauliflower fritters:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Ausha black Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Ausha Moringa Powder
  • Ausha Coconut Oil for frying

Instructions:

For the juice:

Blend all the ingredients mentioned for the juice and refrigerate it.While you are ready to serve, pour it into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.

For the cauliflower fritters:

Wash the cauliflower and cut them into little florets.Add the cauliflower to boiling water for 5 minutes and remove them.In a separate bowl ,mix the flours ,salt,water and make a thick batter.

Pour oil in a pan for frying.Once the oil is hot enough,Dip the cauliflower in the batter and carefully  fry them in the oil.Remove them and drain the excess oil in a kitchen towel and transfer it into a bowl.

Now comes the interesting bit! Season the cauliflower with Ausha Moringa powder and Ausha Black pepper powder.This gives a twist to the recipe.

Enjoy your juice alone or try them with the fritters.
