Cacao Puffed-Millet Cereal bars
- 1 Cup Barnyard millet and Fox tail Millet
- 1/4 Cup Ausha Cacao Nibs
- 4-5 pitted dates
- Handful of mixed nuts
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Heat a wide pan until it gets warm,Pop the millet in the heated pan until they pop and keep it aside.
Mash up the pitted dates and add in the other ingredients except the puffed millet and give it a nice blend in a high-quality blender.Add the puffed millet and give it a good mix. Spread a parchment paper in a baking tray and pat the mixture in the parchment paper. Refrigerate for 20-30 mins. Take it out of the fridge and cut it into any shape you like.
