Pumpkin Moringa Hummus
This is a quick and an easy recipe packed with protein that you could enjoy as a dip or a snack.
- 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp Ausha Moringa Powder
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
To prepare the pumpkin puree,place cooked cubes of pumpkin in a processor and make a puree out of it.You could either prepare the puree fresh like this,or also buy a store-bought puree for this recipe.
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.Top with fresh coriander and olive oil and serve with veggie sticks or crackers of your choice.
