This is yet another simple and delicious snack recipe which you can enjoy anytime of the day. Amla powder doesn’t have to be just for your smoothies and drinks.You could also enjoy a tasty dish as such with Amla dressing.

Ingredients

  • Two full corns( halve them)
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lime juice (and a little more to adjust taste)
  • 1 tsp Ausha pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Ausha turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Ausha Amla powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic puree
  • Olive oil to drizzle
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Mexican spice mix or tandoori spice mix

Method

Mix Amla, turmeric, pepper, garlic puree, tandoori mix in a bowl. Add a drizzle of oil and lime juice. Add salt to taste. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Set aside. Brush the spice mix on the corns or rather use your hands to evenly coat the corn with the spice mix. Roast the corn in a preheated oven at 200F for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Season with the grated Parmesan cheese and serve with creamy coconut Guacamole.

Creamy Coconut Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Ausha Moringa powder
  • Handful of freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Ausha pepper powder
  • One ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • Coconut milk 50 ml
  • 1 tsp Almond powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped jalapenos (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Method

Scoop avocado with a spoon and mash it without any lumps. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Adjust the salt and add lime juice.
