Vegan Mango Moringa Mousse
This is a simple and delicious recipe with a Moringa twist.This is a quick recipe that can be prepared in under 10 minutes.
Definitely a refreshing one for a hot summer day.
- 3 ripe mangoes
- 1 ½ cup coconut cream
- 3 tbsp agave syrup or 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Ausha Moringa Powder
Peel the mangoes and dice them.Mash up the dices to make a smooth puree.
In a big bowl,whisk the pulp and the coconut cream gently until it turns creamy,Add sugar or agave syrup if you need to.Now add the Ausha Moringa Powder.
Enjoy this fresh or refrigerate for few hours and serve chilled.
