Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Chia seeds
  • a bowl of assorted nuts
  • 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 cup high-quality dates (preferably Medjool dates)
  • a cup  of Ausha Cacao Nibs

Method:

The cup of assorted nuts needs to dry roasted for a few minutes in a pan. The chosen nuts were Almonds, cashew, walnuts, and pistachio. This recipe can be adapted to your choice of nuts. The rest of the ingredients and the roasted nuts needs to be blended in a high-quality blender until they become smooth. Pat the blended mixture onto a greaseproof sheet gently and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.Once chilled, cut it into squares and serve.
