Vegan Organic Salsa
- 2 medium sized Organic tomatoes
- 2 garlic bulbs
- 1 tsp Ausha Pepper Powder
- Half lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Finely chopped fresh coriander.
- Sea salt for taste
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and leave it to rest for 5 minutes.This simple and easy recipe can be served as a side or dip to any main course.
