Vegetable Stir Fry with Amla Tea

Vegetable Stir Fry with Amla Tea Back to Recipes

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 1.5 tsp Ausha Amla Powder
  • A pinch of Ausha Black Pepper powder
  • 50 g Tomato ketchup
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml sweet chili sauce
  • 10 g sesame seeds

Vegetables for stir fry:

  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 150 g Basmati rice
  • 100 gm Mangetouts
  • 100 gm baby corn


In a Bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned for the sauce until the Amla powder dissolves and leave it for about 5 mins.

Cook the Basmati rice in appropriate amount of boiling water for about 20 minutes and leave it to rest. Fluff it with a fork to make sure its cooked.

In a pan add little oil, chopped peppers, chopped spring onions, Mangetouts and the baby corn. Sauté for 5 minutes. Also, you could add olives or pineapple chunks.

Now add the prepared sauce to the veggies and cook for about 7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and Garnish with spring onions. Turn off the heat and serve with Basmati rice or any flavoured Rice of your choice and of course don’t miss the Ausha Amla berry infusion Drink.
